Cora Jewell
Growing up dancing, Cora has always loved movement. She was immediately drawn to Yoga for its positive effects on the body and mind. In 2016 Cora began pursuing a deeper spiritual path and received her 200 Hour Certification in Iyengar & Restorative Yoga. Since then Cora has completed other training in various styles of Yoga, The Chakra System and Pilates. Cora loves teaching Yoga and sharing its benefits with others. Helping them find balance on and off their mats. Her classes are a combination of movement and relaxation. Cora also specializes in reading Tarot, guiding rituals and leading Women's Groups.
